50% Glass Fiber Content GMT Pallet

GMT pallet is made from the leftovers from car inner roofs, it container large quantity of plastic fiber, glass fiber, also big adhesive. The fiber brick pallet is made via crushing, tearing the car roof leftovers into small pieces, heating: heat the small pieces into hot melted status, adding some more PP particles as glue reinforcement, weighing certain weight for different size pallet, then put into the pallet mould of pressing machine, after big pressure pressing, the hot fiber brick pallet comes out, then the fiber pallet is put into cooling machine to cool down the fiber brick pallet, after around 5 minutes, the finished fiber brick pallets can be taken out from cooling machine.

1.Can GMT block pallet used for all the block machines?

Yes, the GMT block pallet can be used for all block machines that needs brick pallets, its size can be customized, and the GMT  pallet is anti high temperature, it can also be used on steam curing room for concrete blocks;

2.What is the reason of that your GMT brick pallet is so cheap?

RHINOS block pallet factory have a better selling of block machine pallets than other block pallet factory, so we can less profit while selling large quantity. And RHINOS block pallet factory keep only small profit to gain more markets;

3.Why some GMT block pallet looks like granite?

We all know that building formwork has several colors, let alone the recycled formworks. When manufacturing the GMT brick pallet, these different colors formworks are mixed together, and then it is molded under the pressure of 3000 metric tons, so it will be like granite when it is finished. No matter what it looks like, it has no influence for using.

4.Does GMT block pallet come unglued or crack?

It won′t. GMT brick pallet is finished under 3000 metric tons press and high temperature of 200°C, so it will not come unglued and crack even in boiled waters, which is just 100°C.
